Marsha
Major
Mrs.
Marsha Major, an avid toastmaster with the designation of CTM was
born in New Providence but moved to the island of
Freeport, Grand Bahama as a child in the mid 60's.
She married in the late 70's, moved to the United States with
her family and while there lived in four different states.
In 1992 the Major family returned to Nassau to put down
permanent roots.
She
is the wife of graphic artist, Roots Junkanoo designer and Ministry
of Tourism Marketer, Kendal I. Major.
Marsha and Kendal are the proud parents of one son, Kendal I.
Major, Jr., who is following in his father's footsteps and is an
aspiring graphic artist.
Mrs.
Major is presently employed with the Solomon Group of Companies
where she holds the position of personal assistant to the president
and owner of the company, Mr. Norman Solomon.
A
firm believer that healthy living is the foundation for a long and
prosperous life she is an avid runner and aerobic exercise
enthusiast.
Mrs.
Major's daily outlook is that for all things give thanks as the gift
of life alone is a blessing.
