This year pageantry in The Bahamas moves to a new level as it embraces Internet technology. Bahamas On-Line, the leading Internet Service Provider and Bronze Partner for the Miss Bahamas Universe 2002 Pageant, is designing the first ever Bahamian beauty pageant website  www.missbahamasuniverse.com for the Miss Bahamas Universe Pageant themed, “The  Celebration of the Beauty and Power of Women in Our Country."

In addition to creating the Miss Bahamas Universe website, Bahamas On-Line will be designing and facilitating a voting poll to give the Bahamian public for the very first time an opportunity to vote on-line for a beauty pageant delegate of their choice in the first ever Miss Bahamas Universe On-Line Miss Photogenic contest.
